Have you thought about participating in a remote virtual mentoring program with the possibility of sharing and learning more about rural health?
We are happy to announce that registration for Mentor Mentee is now open!
What is this?
Program to connect young rural health professionals with experienced colleagues around the world to help achieve their potential (all in the virtual format). The information will be used for research and improvement, respecting confidentiality and ethical aspects.
How it works?
Fill in the form with personal information and preferences;
The coordinator will analyze the best pair of mentor-mentee according to the responses;
The pair will be introduced and, after acceptance, the mentoring process can begin.
Mentoring Virtual Course
All the mentors will receive a mentoring course that aims to provide theoretical foundations and critical reflection on mentoring and rural health.
Mentoring process
The pair have autonomy to choose frequency and the best form of communication.
At the end of the Program
The mentor will earn a certified mentoring course and the mentee a participation certificate.
To finish and receive the certificate, must fill out the evaluation form .
Duration: 6 months.
If you want to be a mentor, you need: Be a rural health worker with at last 5 years of experience in rural areas.
